So boring… but necessary
Hey there Beautiful Lady! No one really likes to read the small print, we know, but we’ve got a few little rules to share with you.
Zero tolerance for aggression towards our staff. Just because we’re small that doesn’t mean we’ll let you push us around.
Rule 1: ALL new clients coming in for colour are required to have a patch test 48 hours before appointment. Trust us, we’d make a lot more money and it’d be a lot less hassle if we didn’t have to do it- but this is for your safety. It only takes 2 minutes and also gives us a good opportunity to consult with you first and make sure everyone is happy before going ahead.
Rule 2: New clients (or those with history of no show) will have to pay 50% nonrefundable deposit for any colour appointment booked. Simply put, this is designed to eliminate time-wasters. We are a small business and losing a 3 hour slot because someone decides not to show up is just way too expensive for us. We’re sorry, we honestly don’t like it either but our hands are tied
Please be aware that lateness will eat into your appointment time, and although we will always do our best to accommodate you, we may not always be able to complete all required tasks if there is not enough time.
We will very kindly request that you give us at least a 24 hour heads up if you need to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice we reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment price. This is only because, as a small business, every appointment really does count. We often have a waiting list, especially on Saturdays, and appreciate having enough warning to give away unused slots to those who want it. We hope you can understand xx
On the rare occasion this occurs, we will reserve the right to charge for the full appointment price.
Discounts and Deals
We know we’ve got some good ones and it’s hard to pick sometimes, but unfortunately these cannot be combined (Sorry gals!)
We completely understand time constraints and will always do our utmost to get you sorted as quickly as possible. However, we have already timed our appointments to give you the best possible results in the shortest amount of time, and the last thing we would ever want to do is compromise on quality. As such, we kindly request you let us know if this will be a rushed appointment in advance as this will help us prepare and juggle our schedule accordingly.
